PREMIUM CARBS is a Community Supported Bakery (CSB) that focuses on simple, fresh ingredients and breaking down the stigma of “bad carbs.” We like good carbs.
Our CSB is simple. Every two weeks we “drop” a set of fresh baked items for pickup on a specific date (drop day). You place a pre-order through our website (make sure to sign up for our dope emails to get notified). We then make the breads, you pickup the breads on the drop day, and then you eat them. It’s not complicated. Just delicious.

Hi, I’m Casey. I run this. I moved to Seattle in 2014 and don’t consider myself a local yet. Willing to get a tree tattoo to expedite the process. I started PREMIUM CARBS because I honestly got tired of people telling me I should start my own operation. Plus, carbs have received a bad rap over the years and should have hired protein’s PR manager years ago. So this CSB is the lovechild of that idea. I just love to bake so you get to benefit from that obsession I guess. #IWDFCFTBATK
